Join us on Friday, Nov. 11 from 5:30-7:30pm in the Conservatory/Great Room for a Careers in Government Law and Public Service End-of-Semester Celebration hosted by the Minnesota Association of City Attorneys.
This Friday evening, more than a dozen attorneys working in the public sector in Minnesota and the Twin Cities Metro area will be on campus for a reception to celebrate the end of the semester with Mitchell Hamline students.
This is a fantastic opportunity for students to chat one-on-one with attorneys working in government law, municipal (city) law, and other areas of public service about the work the attorneys do, opportunities for externships, and advice about finding employment after law school. Food, beer/wine, water, and soda will be served.
This is intended to be a small and informal event where attorneys and students can connect one-on-one. Space is limited, so please RSVP to Dean Leanne Fuith at leanne.fuith@mitchellhamline.edu to attend.
As a reminder, the Mitchell Hamline affinity groups are also hosting their wonderful Festival of Nations Event on campus on Friday, Nov. 11 starting at 6pm. After visiting with attorneys practicing in government law, city law, and public service, you can head on over to the Kelley Board Room for the Festival of Nations.
Should be a fun evening to celebrate a great semester! Hope to see you there!
