The Student Intellectual Property Law Association presents an oral argument listening session: VLSI v. Intel. Please join us on October 5, 2023, at 10:30 AM (CT) in Room 123. Refreshments will be provided. The arguments will focus on Intel’s attempt to reverse a $2.18 billion damages jury verdict for patent infringement. Since the jury award, the patents have been invalidated by the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Professor Moy will facilitate a discussion following the arguments.
