Affirmative Action: Where Are We Now?
Join us for this year’s Legislative Forum to gain a unique look into the recent Supreme Court ruling in Students for Fair Admissions v. President and Fellows of Harvard College*, which struck down affirmative action in college admissions as Mitchell Hamline professors and guest speakers discuss this topic, the resulting fallout, and where we go from here.

Speakers will include:

  • Professor Mike Steenson (MH)
  • Professor Rick Petry (MH)
  • Professor Mark Gordon (MH)
  • General Counsel Andrew Wold for the Minnesota Office of Higher Education
  • Assistant Attorney General Frank Langan from the Office of the Minnesota Attorney General
