Parents And Caregivers Attending Law School is approved to distribute additional funds from the SBA for members’ caretaking expenses. The funds will be distributed through the financial aid office directly to student accounts or by check.

The application deadline for Spring Semester is February 1, 2023.
In order to qualify, students must:
- Be currently enrolled as a degree-seeking student in the semester at the time of disbursement.
- Be an active member of PALS, subject to approval by PALS officers.
- Utilize funds for eligible caretaking expenses such as those outlined here: Eligible Dependent Care FSA (DCFSA) Expenses – FSAFEDSLinks to an external site.
Note: Receipts are not required but may be requested from financial aid. Childcare and caretaking funds will be included in a student’s estimated financial assistance. Students may not be eligible for funds if they have exceeded the maximum cost of attendance loan limit.
