The Self-Help Clinic will be piloting a program to offer these important documents for anyone interested in getting them completed during our regular hours. These documents normally cost a few hundred dollars, and you will leave your appointment with a completed and notarized copy. Regardless of your age, these are important documents for everyone to have. Please email to set up an appointment, which will be sometime during the Self-Help Clinic hours of 10 am-12 pm on Saturday, April 20.
