Genocide and Ecocide

The climate crisis worsens food insecurity, displacement, infectious diseases, water scarcity, poverty and inequality, and violence.
The speakers examine:
- ecocide, the deliberate or negligent criminal destruction of the natural environment
- ecocide as a force multiplier of conflict
- strategies for prevention and intervention

Admission:
- Mitchell Hamline students free – Diversity credits are available.
- $10 general public; $5 seniors and students (over age 13, please).
- $25 for 2 CLE credit for Minnesota lawyers (pending).
- ‘Clock hours’ for teachers, social workers, and nurses.
- Qualifies as a University of St. Thomas Law Mentor Externship experience.
