Mitchell Hamline Faculty, Staff, and Students,
The Mitchell Hamline Jenzabar Team is excited to announce the timelines for the upcoming implementation of Jenzabar, our new integrated student information system. We begin our transition to Jenzabar at the end of the day on Friday, March 28, with the goal of having our system in place and operational on or before Monday, April 21.
Below is the timeline for the implementation:
- March 28: After close of the business day, processing in Agresso, Starfish (advising), and Thomson Reuters (fixed assets) is placed on hold as we extract data from these systems for migration to Jenzabar.
- March 31 – April 4: Data is extracted from Agresso, Starfish, and Thomson Reuters migrated to Jenzabar.
- April 7 – April 11: Data is migrated to Jenzabar validated, and interfaces with other Mitchell Hamline systems are verified.
- April 14 – April 18: Final verification of Jenzabar modules and interfaces are completed and brought online as they are ready.
Please note that additional communications will follow, providing further details and instructions as we prepare for the Jenzabar launch and progress through each step of our implementation. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this transition period.
