Due to a Jenzabar system upgrade, the financial aid and student accounts offices will not be processing loans, scholarships, or other financial aid after March 24 until approximately Monday, April 21 (i.e.: downtime).
The financial aid office will be processing aid on Monday, March 17 and 24th ahead of this downtime. Therefore, please submit any financial aid changes by end of the business day on Friday, March 21 to ensure our offices have time to process the request.
During this downtime, you will be able to access your student accounts portal, including Transact (formerly Cashnet) to process tuition payments, study abroad, program deposits or other miscellaneous items. If there is an issue accessing Transact through your student portal, please use this direct link: https://commerce.cashnet.com/cashnetg/static/epayment/mitchellhamlinepay/login.
