Rising second, third, and fourth-year students are invited to apply to serve as LARC Writing Assistants (LWAs) in BAM program for the 2025-2026 academic year. Additional information is available here.
LWAs will earn three credits in the fall and two credits in the spring. During the fall semester, LWAs will attend the LWA course and will be assigned to attend a residential LARC I class. Students will also draft and get feedback on writing assignments and will help with problem development. During the spring semester, LWAs will, again, attend the LWA course, help plan and organize the Summit Cup Motion Argument Competition, organize and present classes or supplemental programs, and continue to work one-on-one with students.
Qualifications:
- Achieve a B or higher in LARC I and LARC II (for rising 2Ls, you are eligible to apply if you achieved a B or higher in LARC I and you think you are likely to achieve a B or higher in LARC II based on your LARC II grades to date).

- Interest in mentorship and teaching (experience is an added plus).
- Desire to continue to grow as a legal thinker and writer
