Stinson Leonard Street is proud to announce that Adine Momoh has been elected partner, effective Jan. 1, 2017. Momoh practices in the firm’s Minneapolis office. Adine Momoh is a trial attorney representing clients in state and federal courts across the country in matters involving banking litigation, probate and estates and trust litigation and creditors’ rights and bankruptcy. With respect to her bankruptcy practice specifically, Momoh represents clients in matters involving cash collateral, DIP financing, 363 sales, plan confirmation, claim and administrative expense resolution and defense, fraudulent conveyance, preferential transfers and other avoidance actions. Momoh serves on the boards of various organizations, including The Saint Paul Foundation, Minnesota Association of Black Lawyers, the Federal Bar Association’s Minnesota Chapter and the International Women’s Insolvency and Reorganization Confederation–Minnesota Network. She serves as treasurer of the Hennepin County Bar Association and will elevate to president in 2018-19. Momoh earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law. Momoh clerked for the Honorable Jeanne J. Graham (ret.) of the U.S. District Court of Minnesota.
