Fredrikson & Byron has elected Jeri L. Parkin as a new shareholder. Jeri is from Hastings, Minn. and attended the Mitchell/Hamline School of Law.
Jeri L. Parkin is a member of the Real Estate, Mergers & Acquisitions and Debt Finance Groups. Parkin represents business owners, developers, private equity groups and investors on all facets of commercial real estate and business transactions, including acquisitions, sales, financing, leasing and development. She represents clients in transactions that involve complex real estate holdings and development of property for commercial, industrial and residential purposes, including creating new residential, commercial and mixed-use common interest communities such as condominiums and planned communities.
