Michael Vanselow joined the Oppenheimer law firm after law school and principally handled drug and medical device products liability litigation. He later moved to the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office where he spent 16 years as an assistant and deputy attorney general concentrating on health care litigation and state investigation matters. Vanselow then spent the next two years as a Principal Litigation Counsel for Medtronic managing mass tort litigation and government investigations. Last year, Vanselow rejoined Oppenheimer where he is chair of the firm’s Health Care Litigation practice group and also works in the firm’s Government and Corporate Investigations group. His health care practice principally focuses on health care fraud matters.
