Senior Instructional Designer
Ryan Elder is an instructional designer with more than 15 years of experience designing and developing online courses and technical training in diverse industries. He is fluent with many delivery models including blended solutions, instructor-led training, eLearning, job aids and designing personalized learning experiences. He has a master’s degree in technology leadership and a K-12 teaching license in both computer science and social studies.
His work as an instructional designer satisfies his desire for continuous learning and encompasses nearly every other academic discipline. He enjoys meeting with faculty to design courses, which requires him to become familiar with their curriculum and academic discipline. Technology also changes rapidly and as an instructional designer, he meets the challenge of keeping up with the latest innovations.
