Aimee Gourlay

Aimee Gourlay is the collaboration services manager for the League of MN Cities Insurance Trust (“LMCIT”). Aimee builds understanding relationships between LMCIT and its member cities and officials. She acts as a facilitator, mediator, and coach in advancing sustainable resolution of matters of public interest. She is also a senior fellow at the Dispute Resolution Institute at Mitchell Hamline, teaching Conflict Management and Mediation skills courses. She graduated cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School.
