Dr. Aysem Diker Vanberg is a senior lecturer at the University of Greenwich, School Law and Criminology. She is responsible for teaching EU Competition Law at postgraduate level. At undergraduate level she teaches Contract Law, Intellectual Property Law and Advocacy and Ethics. Prior to joining the University of Greenwich, she taught at Anglia Ruskin University and at the University of Essex. Before moving to the UK, she qualified as a lawyer in Turkey and worked as a lead In-house counsel for multinational companies. She holds a Ph.D. in Competition Law from the University of Essex (2014). Aysem has authored seven articles that were published in refereed journals. She also has an LLM in European and International Law from the University of Bremen and an LLB from the University of Ankara, Turkey.
