Professor Sotiriou teaches the Legal Methods course in the blended learning program. He graduated summa cum laude from Mitchell Hamline (Hybrid J.D. program) in May 2019. During law school, his legal externship was in criminal defense. Currently, his practice areas include general business transactions and litigation, property-tax litigation, commercial real-estate leases, landlord-tenant law, estate planning and litigation, and general legal matters. Sotiriou earned a PharmD, an M.B.A., and a C.F.A. designation. He was a pharmacist for fourteen years and has experience in business ownership and real-estate investing. He serves on the board of The Road Home, a resource center that serves homeless citizens in the greater Salt Lake area.
