David D. Ransom ’91

David Ransom is an attorney in Washington, D.C. practicing in regulatory and government affairs, representing clients before the US Congress and federal regulatory agencies on a wide range of matters, including tax, energy, health care and environmental issues. He also has extensive experience representing clients in high-profile Congressional investigations. David previously served as a senior advisor to U.S. House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-MD). David clerked for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Orlando, Florida, and a state prosecutor’s office in Minnesota.
