Emily Flesch grew up in Duluth and obtained her bachelor’s degree there at the College of St. Scholastica. Emily earned her J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2018. She practices Elder Law at Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services (SMRLS). Before joining SMRLS, she clerked at the Minnesota Court of Appeals for the Judge Jill Flaskamp Halbrooks and Judge James B. Florey. Emily has served as a structured study group leader, a Marshall-Brennan fellow, and an adjunct professor for Critical Lawyering and Constitutional Law: Powers.
