Jeanne M. Forneris

Jeanne Forneris currently serves as the senior vice president of strategy and general counsel at Corfigo. With more than 30 years of legal and strategic experience at leading medical technology companies and top-tier law firms, Forneris most recently served as senior vice president, strategy and general counsel at Bioventus, an orthobiologics company. She previously served as senior vice president and general counsel for American Medical Systems where she led the legal, compliance, and health care affairs teams. Prior to joining American Medical Systems, Forneris was vice president of strategic investments for Medtronic, leading the technology and IP investment and acquisition strategies in support of its cardiac rhythm management business unit. For eight years she served as vice president and senior counsel for Medtronic. She has also served as vice president and general counsel for a large construction company and was an attorney in private practice.
