Jennifer E. Joseph is an attorney in Saint Paul who specializes in helping families resolve custody, parenting and co-parenting issues. She is a Qualified Neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice, and serves as a mediator, parenting consultant, and Early Neutral Evaluation (ENE) provider, as well as other alternative dispute resolution services. She also conducts neutral custody evaluations, and has been appointed to serve as a Special Master under Rule 53 of the Minnesota Rules of Civil Procedure.
Jennifer is an adjunct professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, and is a frequent trainer at the Mediation Center. She presents regularly on family law and ADR issues through local and regional bar associations, as well as local, national, and international professional organizations. Jennifer is the current President of the Minnesota Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC-MN).
