Muscogee (Creek) Nation
Head of Global Security and Business Continuity, Ferguson Enterprises
Jerrod Johnson received his B.S. from Southwestern College, and graduated summa cum laude from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2021 as a blended-learning student. Jerrod was the first student to be awarded the Native American Law and Sovereignty Institute certificate and was a member of the Native American Law Student Association. Through the Native American Law and Sovereignty Institute, Jerrod had the great privilege of serving as a judicial extern under Chief Judge Scheffler Blaeser in the Upper Sioux Community—an experience he considers the highlight of his legal education.
Jerrod has been a security and business continuity executive for over 20 years, and currently serves as a leader in the legal department as the head of global security and business continuity for Ferguson Enterprises, a $28B multinational construction manufacturer and distributor based in Virginia.
Jerrod is an enrolled member of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation, and is honored to serve on the Native American Law and Sovereignty Institute Advisory Board.
