Training and Development Manager, Minnesota Office of Attorney General
Kathryn Russell works as the training and development manager for the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office. She oversees the development of training plans and continuing education for attorneys, paralegals, investigators, administrative and legal support staff, and operations staff. She has also served as an instructional designer for the University of St. Thomas, and as the director of continuing studies for Hamline University. She has also worked as the director of professional legal education programs for Mitchell Hamline. She continues to serve as an adjunct/affiliated professor of law for Mitchell Hamline as part of the Gateway to Legal Education Program. She has a juris doctor degree from Hamline University School of Law, as well as a master of arts degree in teaching from Hamline University, a master of arts degree in history from the University of Memphis, and a bachelor of arts degree in urban studies from St. Olaf College.
