Kathryn Swanson, PhD, JD, MA is a licensed attorney in MN, a qualified neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice on the Civil Adjudicative/Evaluative and Civil Facilitative/Hybrid rosters, is trained in transformative mediation methods and is an academic philosopher. She has been teaching in public and private higher education for 8 years and has served as an adjunct faculty member for Mitchell Hamline since 2017.
