Kevin Fleming is an assistant Ramsey County attorney, practicing in the juvenile division where he handles juvenile petty offenses up to serious felonies committed by juveniles. Before joining the Office of the Ramsey County Attorney, he worked as an investigator within the Minnesota Department of Corrections, Office of Special Investigations. He conducted a variety of investigations at several correctional facilities including the women’s correctional facility in Shakopee and the men’s correctional facility in Faribault. His investigative experience includes investigating violations of policies, felonies, and allegations of employee misconduct.
