Kristine Nogosek is an experienced trial and appellate attorney with over 20 years of practice. She is currently an Assistant Attorney General and manager of the tax litigation and education divisions at the Office of the Minnesota Attorney General. Ms. Nogosek was a shareholder at a law firm specializing in banking law. Nogosek obtained her law degree, magna cum laude, in 2000 from Hamline University School of Law where she served as managing editor of Hamline Law Review. Ms. Nogosek is admitted in Minnesota, The United States District Court for the District of Minnesota, and the Eighth Circuit.
