Leah Graf is an assistant state public defender in Minnesota’s appellate office. She previously served as a judicial law clerk to former Justice Wilhelmina Wright at the Minnesota Supreme Court and as a law clerk to the late federal Magistrate Judge Steven E. Rau. She then worked as a trial public defender in Ramsey County before joining the appellate office, where she currently co-directs the State Public Defender’s Office Postconviction Clinic.
