Melinda McElheny is a solo practitioner and municipal judge in Kansas. Her practice areas include criminal and juvenile advocacy on behalf of defendants and families as well as small business, estates, property, and trusts. While she enjoys teaching trial skills, she spends most of her time trying to avoid litigation through negotiation and early motion practice. She teaches criminal law at the undergraduate level.
