Melinda McElheny is a solo practitioner in Kansas centered in criminal and juvenile advocacy on behalf of defendants, families, local governments, and victims. She teaches criminal law at the undergraduate level. In addition to criminal and neglect cases, Melinda supports her home town in property, estate planning, and business law. Her research and scholarship focus lies in the intersection of trauma and criminal procedure.
