Robin Wolpert is an appellate practitioner, business litigator, and white-collar criminal defense attorney at Sapientia Law Group in Minneapolis. She handles a diverse mix of criminal and civil lawsuits and appeals, focusing on constitutional law, defamation, business fraud, money laundering, and cyber-harassment and misinformation campaigns. Dr. Wolpert earned her B.A. from Colby College, her Ph.D. from the University of Chicago, and her J.D. from Cornell Law School. She was assistant professor of government and international relations at the University of South Carolina, 1996–98, and instructor of government and politics at Georgetown University, 1993–95. Dr. Wolpert’s teaching and research interests lie in the fields of constitutional law, judicial politics, and behavioral law and economics. She is treasurer of the National Conference of Bar Presidents, treasurer of the Institute for Well Being in Law, member of the ABA House of Delegates, member of the ABA Standing Committee on Professionalism, past chair of the Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board, and past president of the Minnesota State Bar Association.
