Biography
Mr. Webb is a managing attorney for the First District Public Defender’s Office in Dakota County. Previously he served as a managing attorney for the Hennepin County Public Defender’s Office and a member of the MN Public Defender’s Trial Team where he handled complex and high-profile trials with forensic or scientific issues around the entire state. Mr. Webb trains, mentors, and co-counsels trials with less experienced public defenders and he teaches at the MN Public Defender’s Trial Institute. Mr. Webb created and teaches the Criminal Justice Defense Externship
