Susan C. Rhode is a shareholder and chair of the family law department at Moss & Barnett. Ms. Rhode represents families in all aspects of family law litigation as well as serving as a mediator, special master, and parenting consultant. Ms. Rhode is past chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Ethics Board, the 4th Judicial District ethics committee, and presently serves on the Minnesota Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board. Ms. Rhode is a frequent author and lecturer on various family law, ethics and alternative dispute resolution topics.
