Partner, Greene Espel
Sybil Dunlop is a partner at Greene Espel, where her practice includes patent and commercial litigation. Her practice affords her substantial first-chair trial and arbitration experience, as well as experience before the PTAB. She recently first-chaired a trial for a Fortune 100 Company in Richmond, VA, and led an arbitration in Washington, DC. Clients report that “[s]he knows the rules and law to a tee, which allows her to focus on strategy.” Based on this feedback, Chambers USA recognized Sybil as a notable practitioner in 2020.
Sybil also founded Greene Espel’s Culture and Inclusion Practice, which helps clients create and implement diversity plans and programs. As part of this practice, she created and teaches award-winning programming to audiences around the nation.
Sybil attended Smith College and Vanderbilt University Law School where she graduated Order of the Coif. She clerked for the Judge James M. Rosenbaum before beginning her practice.
