Trinity Charles is an assistant county attorney admitted to practice law in Minnesota. She currently prosecutes criminal and juvenile delinquency cases and handles guardianship/conservatorship and county tax appeal cases. She has a background in criminal law with some experience in civil legal aid work. She recently worked as an attorney-editor in legal research.
Prior to this work, Trinity was a certified student attorney for the Anoka County Public Defender’s Office. She served as a student attorney with the Mitchell Hamline COVID-19 Clinic and as a research assistant for Mitchell Hamline’s Reentry Clinic.
Trinity received her B.A. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and her J. D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Academic areas of interest include criminal law, juvenile justice, and evidence.
