Adjunct/Affiliated Professor
Trinity Charles is a newly licensed attorney, admitted to practice in Minnesota and bar-certified to practice in Nevada. She is currently working as a legal aid staff attorney, offering legal assistance to low-income Nevadans. In addition to her community advocacy as a staff attorney, Trinity is a case law enhancements legal editor. Academic areas of interest include criminal law, juvenile justice, and evidence. She received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award® for Client Advocacy.
Trinity was a certified student attorney for the Anoka County Public Defender’s Office and served as a student attorney with the Mitchell Hamline COVID-19 and Reentry Clinics, where she provided client representation to dozens of Minnesotans.
Trinity received her B.A. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and her J. D. from Mitchell Hamline.
