Taking an Advocacy course this semester or planning on taking one soon? Then this research guide is for you!
Our Advocacy Research Guide provides resources that may be helpful for students researching trial and appellate advocacy and practice.
The beginning of the guide discusses where to find different types of materials, such as cases, statutes, and secondary sources. The later tabs provide resources on trial and appellate skills, as well as sections on brief writing and citation.
Don’t forget that the reference librarians are always here to help, too! They are available for appointments (or questions) in person or via phone (651-290-6424), chat, Zoom, or email.
