Several students in Mitchell Hamline’s Native American Law Student Association chapter were in New Mexico with Professor EagleWoman for the national NALSA conference.
Two great things happened:
- Mitchell Hamline won the Chapter of the Year award
- Two of our students were elected to the national NALSA board for next year.
Dayna Maldonado (Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe) will be Secretary; Savannah Thibert (Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians) will be Area 8 Representative.
