If a student believes that they have been discriminated or harassed by another student, faculty member, staff member or any other person whom the student encounters in the course of their education, or if a student observes discrimination or harassment, the student should immediately report the conduct to one of the following individuals:

- Vice Dean, Academic and Faculty Affairs (Jim Hilbert, 651-290-7507)

Students who wish to file a complaint concerning sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, sexual intimidation, sexual exploitation, or sexual violence based on protected class, may do so using the online reporting form.
