Better mornings routine: video demonstrating a 10-15 minute breath routine called the “Wim Hof Breath.” This routine helps oxygenate your blood, which improves overall body functioning—especially mood (focus & energy!) plus is a wonderful boost to your immune system.
*Note*–this technique is so impactful, it should be done while seated or lying down, and never while driving or in water.
