Are you interested in creating your dream job in public interest? Equal Justice Works will be accepting proposals for its Class of 2021 “Design your own Fellowship” program beginning on May 12 and closing on September 17.
Fellows create two-year projects designed to support a community with an unmet legal need. Through the Fellowship, they receive a competitive salary, health insurance and benefits, loan repayment assistance (up to $5,000 per year), Annual Leadership Development Training in Washington, D.C., and more.
The first step in the process is to identify an unmet legal need in the community in which you would like to work. Next, you need to connect with an organization in that area that is willing to host and support your Fellowship. Together, you and your host organization work to design the Fellowship and submit the application.
