Happy week three!!! Congrats to everyone who won week two!!!
Last week I asked for wellness ideas, and you all answered. One of the most recommended wellness activities involved doing something active. SOOO, this challenge is to do thirty minutes of activity today.
I know not everyone is the gym type. Some people like to walk, deep clean their house, play with their dogs, etc. So, to successfully complete this activity, all you need to do is anything that moves your body and makes you feel good!
