I don’t know about you guys, but I am a coffee/pop addict. UGH! I hate to admit it, but it is true! Most of my beverage intake is anything BUT water. So, this challenge is simple…. DRINK YOUR WATER. I believe Maddie suggested drinking a GALLON of water. She is not wrong! There are TONS of health benefits to drinking water (both psychological and physical)!
Use this activity to find the time to drink your water. Below I have attached an article that actually has some interesting tips to trick yourself into drinking more water, including adding lime or lemon, freezing a bottle of water overnight and drinking it as it thaws, etc. GOOD LUCK!
