On behalf of the Mitchell Hamline Wellness Committee, and the Dean of Students Office, I am excited to let you know about Mitchell Hamline’s upcoming Virtual Wellness Week. This year’s Virtual Wellness Week is focused around Wholistic Wellness and kicks off Monday, March 29th with programs on nutritional, emotional, financial, spiritual, and physical wellness.
We have also created a Gratitude Board and Wellness LibGuide. The practice of gratitude helps people feel positive emotions, improve their overall health and wellbeing, deal with adversity, and build relationships. The Gratitude Board is a place to share your thoughts of gratitude and promote positive emotions. The Wellness Library guide is filled with articles, resources, and websites related to a variety of wellness topics. There is even a link to an Explore LiveCam website, to take a break and watch some playful polar bears or koalas.
Below you will find the schedule of events and the Zoom link for each program, along with a description of the program. All times are in Central Time. We hope that you enjoy all that this year’s Wellness Week has to offer.
