WE MADE IT TO THE WEEKEND! Yay! Hope all of you are hanging in there!
This activity is to identify and implement one healthy habit OR to identify and break one unhealthy habit. Whatever it is you choose, try to spend the weekend working on consistency…work on this every day. Tell the group what it is you chose to do and how you felt your success was over the weekend!
