HAPPY WEDNESDAY! Hope you are all doing well! Halfway through the week!
I am sure most of you have heard the word “toxic”. Things that are toxic are insidious because they slowly infect your overall wellness and health, often unnoticed until it’s a major issue. But the idea of what is toxic can be complicated. Oftentimes, the things that are toxic are comfortable. Sometimes, the things that are toxic are the same things that you love. Additionally, even things that are toxic can come from inside you… your own thoughts or behaviors.
For this activity, identify something that is toxic in your life and implement a plan to cut it out. This may not be easy for people, depending on what it is you have to confront. Support each other in this activity. This is a safe place for people! GOOD LUCK!
