Today’s activity is about overall wellness. I have this weird habit of diving deep into one goal in my life… while simultaneously neglecting every other aspect of my being. LOL. For example, I will spend a week straight studying and working on school, only to come out having not worked out, showered, or eaten healthy AT ALL.
There are many areas of “wellness” including: emotional, spiritual, social, environmental, intellectual, or physical. For this challenge, do something to further THREE wellness areas. You could choose to workout, call someone, and make your bed (physical, social, environmental). Or whatever you want along those areas! Good Luck!
