Are you a 2L or 3L interested in International Law? Then the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court is for you!
The Jessup Moot Court is one of the largest competitions in the world featuring teams from law schools all over the world. The problem pits two “made-up” countries against one another in front of the International Court of Justice, chaired by international law experts or Jessup alumni.
This year’s competition involves four issues: (1) foreign election interference; (2) human rights on the internet; (3) data theft; and (4) secession of part of a nation’s territory.
Due to the ongoing global pandemic, this year’s competition will be held virtually.
