The Food Law course is a great opportunity to learn administrative law basics, review first and fourth amendment jurisprudence, and begin to explore advertising law, all while discussing the food we purchase and consume every day. You will also hear from community experts as the Twin Cities is the home to some of the world’s largest and most dynamic food companies.
This course is available in fall 2022 for 2-credits, and is remote synchronous.
