Resilient Practice, Course Number 2108, is now being offered in a HyFlex format. The course will meet (in person and remote synchronous) on Wednesdays from 9:00-10:00 a.m.
It is a one credit pass/fail course unlike any other course you will take in law school. It covers trauma-informed lawyering and practices for strengthening resilience with a focus on representation of clients. In past years the following topics were covered:
