Our team has been busy with final preparations for the Jenzabar system upgrade. We are nearing the finish line and testing our processes to ensure all will run smoothly.
The financial aid and student accounts offices are anticipating that we will begin processing outstanding spring term loans, scholarships, and other financial aid approximately the week of April 28 (summer financial aid will be disbursed as scheduled at the end of May).
During this final phase of downtime, you will be able to access your student accounts portal, including Transact (formerly Cashnet) to process tuition payments, study abroad, program deposits or other miscellaneous items. If there is an issue accessing Transact through your student portal, please use this direct link: https://commerce.cashnet.com/cashnetg/static/epayment/mitchellhamlinepay/login.
There will be a brief period when the Transact/Cashnet system will be down for the switchover. We are anticipating this to occur on the morning of April 21st. Once this process is complete, you will be able to access Transact from your campus portal (information on how to access this site is being provided by the Registrar’s team) under the Finance tab.
