ExamSoft support is still researching the upload issue some Mitchell Hamline students are experiencing when trying to upload exams using Examplify. Once suspected culprit is the antivirus program running on your computer. While ExamSoft has always recommended disabling antivirus before starting Examplify, we now believe it is crucial that you disable your antivirus when taking an exam in Examplify. ExamSoft has provided a list of major antivirus vendors and links to instructions for disabling antivirus here. Please note that you are only disabling antivirus temporarily and that you will need to re-enable antivirus after your exam to keep your computer protected.
