ExamSoft has released an advisory about the upcoming Mac OS release (Mojave, version 10.14) on Monday, September 24th. Examplify will not work until ExamSoft patches it, students are therefore advised not to update Mac OS until ExamSoft notifies us. Here is the release:
“As you may have heard, Apple will be releasing their newest operating system, macOS Mojave (version 10.14), on Monday, September 24th. At this time, Examplify is not able to support this new operating system.
Students who attempt to run Examplify on a device with macOS Mojave will be unable to successfully launch the application. We are actively working on updating Examplify to support the newest operating system and expect to have a new version available in the coming weeks.”
Please note that neither ExamSoft or Mitchell Hamline IT will be able to make Examplify run on your Mac if you update to Mojave until a new version of Examplify is released.
