Happy Holidays!
Thanks so much for your participation in Mitchell Hamline’s Mentorship Program. This month we’re focusing on resilience and growth mindset. Our mentorship program endeavors to focus on skills and experiences that help those in the legal profession succeed. If you have other traits that helped you succeed, please don’t hesitate to let us know. We can use your ideas as discussion topics in future newsletters.
With best wishes for the holidays,
Tessa, Allison, and Sharon
Looking Back
During December, we worked on ensuring mentors and mentees had connected. If you’ve had a difficult time meeting or reaching your mentor or mentee, please let us know. We want to make sure the program is working well for you.
Looking Forward
On the evening of January 28th, we’ll host Mentorship Program Spring Semester Kickoff at the law school. Students can join their mentors and learn about launching and fulfilling their career path and goals. We’ll have beverages, appetizers, and good conversation. This event is also intended to complement career-related events in the spring by giving students information about how to start their career and meet their career-related goals.
Attendance is capped, so please register as soon as you’re able.
